3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information needed for project delivery
Review and approve work in a timely manner
Ensure that any content provided (logos, text, images) does not infringe on third-party rights
TrendVibe Creatives is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
4. Payments and Fees
All fees are agreed upon before work begins.
Payments for setup fees, subscriptions, or services are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, CRM platforms, messaging services, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, systems, and configurations created by TrendVibe Creatives remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the delivered work for their business purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
TrendVibe Creatives shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business interruption
Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client
Platform suspensions (Google, Meta, SMS carriers, etc.)
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not made
Illegal or unethical activity is requested
Clients may stop services at any time, subject to existing payment obligations.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
